The final part of the original trilogy, and it starts right from where The Girl Who Played With Fire left us. As with the previous installment, I gave up a couple of nights of sleep and put off some work for later: I HAD to read the whole…

The final book in Larsson's Millennium Trilogy. This story picks up right where the cliff hanger ending in the previous novel left us. Blomkvist and Salander I think reach a new level of cooperation and friendship that has yet to bee…

Very entertaining. So many twists and turns. Good guys and bad guys. Lots of fun.

Great read, as always with Stieg Larsson. Same main characters Lisbeth Salandar and Michael Blombkvist set about to set Salandar free of government control finally. Too bad Larsson died after this 3rd book!

It sure seems like someone has been kicking the hornet's nest recently. This book will have your adrenaline pumping from beginning to end and was on The New York Times Best Sellers list for weeks.

Well developed plot. Some of the characters had similar names which was confusing. With the Swedish locale, place names were a bit disconcerting as you didn't know if it was across town or across the country. In the end, Salander nailed…

Review Ugh, finally finished this book after a month. It was pretty boring until the last 100 or so pages. Not a huge fan of book #3.

Violent but well-written. The subsequent books by David Lagercrantz don't quite measure up, unfortunately, because of overstatement. I liked the original Swedish film trilogy better than the English remake of the first book.

The third installment of the story of the dragon tattoo is just as good as the first. The simple fact that it is just part of a longer single story makes up for the down turn that happens at the beginning of the second and third book.…

I didn't finish reading this series because it became concentrated on the violence that some women suffer at the hands of some men. The first book was okay... the violence was more background information... but the second book concentrated…

The third in the Millennium series maintains the intrigue and suspense of the previous entries, but with added subplots of conspiracies and cover-ups within Sweden's national security establishment. The intricacies of the conspiracy bog…

It was probably the best conclusion of a trilogy I have ever read. In my opinion, it was a much better book than the sequel. Even though there were some dull moments, I really liked how all the events and characters in the book were all…

These books were good enough for fans of the series and, without the graphic videos of the movies, perhaps get a higher recommendation to those who simply cannot tolerate such graphic violence. It IS tough to tolerate. These books…

Good honest writing by Larsson. Wish he was still alive to enjoy the fruit of his labor. Heck!

This is my favorite of the two books I've read from this series. It picks up right where the last one ends (and the last one really didn't start to intrigue me too much until the better part of the second half.)

Love Salander, the leading character, what an interesting young woman.

Loved the book, loved the movie (the Swedish version, that is)! [Of course, Stieg wrote fantasy in that in the final analysis, the Swedish national police (SAPO) were overall uncorrupted, while we know, especially from recent events,…

This book ties up all the loose ends, and although it spends most of the time setting up for the grand finale, there are still several redeeming sequences throughout that make it a good read. Definitely worth the read.

The last of the Lisbeth/Mikael books - filling in holes and keeping me on the edge of my seat until the end. I willl buy these books because I want to reread them. An excellent series that I recommend to anyone who likes a good, intense…

Lizbeth Salander proves to be more than a hacker in this "last part of the trilogy" by Stieg Larsson.

Fantastic. It was my least favourite of the trilogy and I still love it tremendously. It ties everything up.
