This books is made well with interesting artwork, and has a good story line. the one thing I will say about it is that if you do not like the Chinese religion it is expressed (slightly) in this book.

Nim is in a contest to collect as newspapers as much as she can. while Nim goes out of chinatown to ask for papers and she finds a whole garage full and takes them to her school. but does not make it back fast enough to home and her grandfather is very cross
