Funny and acerbic comments by friends and foes of one of America's greatest writers. Amazingly entertaining in a rather warm style of simply allowing each person to offer an opinion of a time or event in which they were there with Capote. Oddly enough traces the exact moment of his fall from the social elite and the destruction of his own career. A fascinating glimpse into a complex life.
