Jo Beth, her employees, her lack of love life, and her bloodhounds always manage to entertain me along the way as they manage to save the day. Although women who don't live up to her standards do not get away unscathed, Jo Beth's single handed attempt to bring southern male's attitude toward women into the 20th Century make me cringe and cheer at the same time. She may not be able to right all the wrongs of the world, she does an admirable (and very entertaining) job. Meanwhile, a man is buried in a shipping container with food, water, a sleeping bag--and his favorite cookies--for a week before his sons call in the FBI an GBI. And then there is the buried treasure Jo Beth might go to jail over, and a sexy sheriff who drops by, and Bubba and his baseball bat.
