Read for the 2017 Librarian's Read Challenge. Good biography of a great man. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to read a biography or doing a hero report.

Good story with large words and nice illustrations. Good book for all younger ones to read to enable them to be aware of that era and to ask the questions that need to be answered , and too hopefully never have prejudice .

Large format, limited text, and engaging illustrations make this an excellent choice for Preschoolers-Grade 2 during Black History Month.

Nice book with good illustrations. Focuses more on Martin's message than the biography itself. Good read aloud for teachers doing a unit on MLK or heroes.
