Feiler is always curious about religion and how it interfaces with our everyday lives. This book continues his spiritual search started in Walking the Bible. Very easy read that belies the complexity of the ideas mentioned. He is trying to understand how Abraham become so important to the three major religions and how the different views of Abraham can be reconciled. My only wish was that he delved a little more deeply into these ideas.
This book provides very good and comprehensive insight as to how a significant biblical figure such as Abraham has turned out to be such a polarzing figure among the major religions of the world.
In addition to that the book is also well written and in such a style that is very to easy to read.
A book definitely worth reading.
