This book is a little hard to get into, even for me, someone who basically loves any book to do with Greek myths. To be fair, only its premise is based on Greek mythology -- the leaving of Ariadne by Theseus.
It gets interesting though, after a fashion. You just have to get used to the multitude of names being thrown at you, and the insertion of "future" chapters and first-person chapters by Cornelia.
All in all, I'd give this book a chance. Just remember, it does *get* good.
