This book was very good and suspenseful. The only thing I didn't like was the language.
After 100 pages I had to look at the cover to make sure I wasn't reading a "Harlequin" book. This is pure drivel. This is my second Schwegel book, and I should have known better. This is the bottom of the barrel. So amateurish. And it received the Edgar Award? Go figure! Please, if you come across any of her books, skip the aisle and go pick up a Ken Bruen book. You'll thank me for it.
