I do recommend that parents and teachers allow their students to read this book especially the female students. This book gives an empowering meassage to all young girls. It tells them that they can do anything no matter what. They can overcome any obstacles that come their way. This is an encouraging book for all females who are feeling like they can't beat the boys at sports or do great in school. This book is written by no one other than the empowering women Queen Latifah herself. Queen Latifah is a great spokes person and role model for all women. Thats why I feel that the female students will be able to learn from reading this book.

This story was about a little girl who made it clear that she could do any and all things. She could beat they boys at any sport and have fun doing it. This story is told in a rhyming matter which allows readers to connect with the words and understand what they are reading.
