This was a great book but I can't give it the 5 stars because she made this book more about Ric and Annie. It should have been Jules and Robin in the lead. I also didn't like that there love scenes kept getting cut out. I absolutly love Jules and Robin. The chemistry between them is off the charts magical. I want more of them!!!

(5 stars) When I read the initial blurb on this book, I wasn't sure whether I would like it, but it was excellent! All of the main characters are the smart, strong, yet flawed men and women that I love from Brockmann's books. I'm happy for Ric and Annie, but I'm ecstatic for Jules and Robin! I'm excited for the next Troubleshooters book (as usual) and especially interested to see how Jules' career progresses from here. I'm also curious about Martell and enjoyed his perspective on things. The plot had so many twists and turns, I can't imagine how she comes up with the ideas. There were one or two moments that had me in tears, but mostly the out-loud-laughter sticks with me.
