The hypnosis CD did help me see food from a completely different angle. I was shocked. I feel like I have to listen to it ALL DAY and repeat the perspective it gave me. It made me feel so beautiful, and I noticed that it was all about MINDFULLNESS and being conscious of what food truly is. It is a perspective one has to practice daily and live by because it is the healthy, and right perspective.

This book was supposed to have a CD, but it didn't

An interesting book that I was able to read in one evening, and I'm now on the hold list for his next book "I Can Make You Sleep."

Some of his ideas where great, but the "tapping method" felt ridiculous and didn't work for me.

The sad thing is that I can summarize this book in 4 sentences. 1) Eat when you are hungry
2) Eat what you want, not what you think you *should* eat.
3) Stop eating when you are no longer hungry
4) Pay attention to what you are eating when you are eating it.

For your safety and for those around, do NOT try to listen to the cd while driving.

It consists of what he calls the simplest weight-loss system in the world which is the 4 Golden Rules to become thin. If you are able to follow them then you will lose the weight you want. It has multiple hypnosis techniques to help you get rid of things like cravings. You have to think of past times, imagine a lot of how would you look skinny, etc. It tries to program your mind to slim your body. It is very basic and on the surface so many people might need to read more different books to be able to achieve what this book is asking for. However if you do practice the exercises DAILY as it says, maybe it will help enough before you get your hands on some food, haha.
