Probably my least favourite Blunt novel. The characters are neither believable nor likeable. If you haven't read this author, I suggest you start with the Cardinal mysteries, in particular with "Forty Words For Sorrow", which inexplicably the library doesn't seem to have any more.

I always enjoy a Giles Blunt novel. This one is very good with lots of suspense.
