I wanted so much to love this book, but couldn't finish it. Less how to and more of Marchese personal experience would have gone a long way.

Very entertaining, yet covers all the necessities, including: Safety gear; hive placement and setup; bee identification; food and water; scheduling; diseases; predators; collecting; bottling; where to get further training; and medical uses of honey. Well written and charmingly illustrated. Honeybee is an encouraging book for readers who are interested in urban homesteading and home-based businesses.
