"For centuries, visitors to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem believed that they stood within what was merely a symbolic representation of Jesus' burial place. One always hopes for more information, but this is quite good for a general audience documentary. Fascinating subject and the Oxford archaeologists Martin and Birthe Biddle epitomise the erudite, thoughtful and respectful scholarly traditions of another era, the like of which are in ever shorter supply.
