Total garbage book, as expected from Hubbard. A leading scholar, if Hubbard were really such a creature, would explain that the major drivers in economic growth in China and India were those countries, with USA and Japan leading the way, which offshored their jobs, technology and investment there. It's called amortization, too simple a process for Hubbard to grasp! And USAID, EPIC and the Ex-Im Bank doesn't work the way Hubbard wishes to believe.
