Enjoyed this, it was the first I have read by this Author. I like the way he gives voice to both leading characters. The two Fools.
I gave up on it after ten pages of description and conversation, much of it hinting at sexual exploits.
A fun read that I just happened upon by chance. Easy to read, somewhat light-hearted and an enjoyable array of colorful characters. A good read if you're looking for something light but interesting.
Theo the Fool and his foolish family are back! This is a more risque setting than his previous assignments: it's a brothel in Toulouse. The usual clowning and references to foolery go hand and glove with solving this medieval who-dunit.
It is like having a craving for chocolate wanting to read all these historical mysteries. I really liked this book. The life of a fool is more complicated then one imagined. I didn't know it was not the first one when I picked it up Theo, the fool, keeps referring to when he and his wife met and how she left the kids behind. I want to know more. I look forward to reading others.
