Most of these projects look pretty basic. It has some neat ideas that I haven't seen elsewhere, such as lining the back of a bookcase with fabric and an "origami organizer". The copy that I checked out was unfortunately missing the paper patterns, so I didn't get to look at those or try to make anything.

Easy instructions that yield fabulous results. I loved it so much that I bought a personal copy and another title by this author. It's my go-to sewing book.

Some of the projects in here are really cute -- some easy, some more advanced, but all use only one yard of fabric. Nice. They know my stash!

There are some awesome projects, but a lot of guess work for the beginner sewer. The directions are lacking in areas.

This book has several projects I want to try. The very first one is the "Granny's Clothespin Apron". I read it and thought, "how could I have forgotten my grandmother using one?"
