Pretty good. Some of what Fonda says is well-known/common sense, some is surprising, but most is a useful reminder of what helps as we age. And she reads really well (of course).
Optimistic but well-grounded advice for those leaving their youth behind (or for those who already have, but still need help).
The photos on the book's cover are not true-to-life. Unfortunately, we DO judge book's by their covers - maybe moreso for those written by Hollywood actresses. So I wouldn't get hung up on that. (Plastic surgery discussed in passing.)
