It was well thought out, has stand-alone sections so you can dip-in or out. Nice reference for those of us who do not have daughters/grand-daughters to keep us on-trend!
I really enjoyed this book, I picked up on a whim but got quite a bit out of it. The author profiles several types of wardrobes including those with clothes that reveal too much, clothes are stuck in the past or contain items that have never been worn (with price tags attached). She has case studies for each of the wardrobe types and delves into each of the subjects life to determine what types of issues they may have that leads to their clothing choices.
Some of the profiles struck a nerve with me and made examine some of my traits and habits and have motivated me to make some changes in my life. Not something I was expecting for a book about clothing!
This is really is just a Woman's Weekly extended to size of a book and with a lot of simple amateur psycho analysis in it. I could tolerate one chapter of this before I had to put it aside.
