I own a copy of this book and use it frequently. It is mostly comfort-food and has many variations on the same type of dish. I recommend trying some of the ramen recipes and the gyoza!

Great, simple recipes for Japanese weekday foods. Okonomiyaki, donburi, tempura and more. Delish!

This book made me hungry! Great recipes and many of them appear to be fairly simple.
