Hated this book. It could have been good if not for all the sex that was not only too descriptive but also, so unbelievable....smut is what it read like. Barely made it thru 60 or so pages. Not a prude, but this is not good reading.

Book 1 in the Stark series. It was a quick easy read and that was what I wanted. Enjoyed it!

"Anything he wanted... And what he wanted ...."

Could someone clarify, before I waste my time, please? S&M and dom & sub, aren't my literary cups of tea. Why does the author have her narrator refer to herself that way? Is this "fiery woman" a human being or an inanimate object? Or is this just bad writing and and editing?

The names are changed but the story the same. A lot more sex
than fifty shades, but still enjoyable.

This book was between okay and good in my opinion. Only one of the scenes stood out for me to be a favorite. The rest was okay. I didn't get that excitement or joy I got while reading Sylvia Day's Crossfire series. I was just waiting for the story to end.

If you liked 50 Shades, you'll like this series. Somewhat same storyline, similar characters, same sex. I liked the Crossfire series better than 50 Shades or the Stark series.

i did not like the book at all, but i like how she put damian fuck up kind of sexy with a black eye and then the other purple..;

I liked the beginning of the book the most. Another Fifty shades of Grey - but definitely better than Barred into you. Where do I get one of those Starks or Crosses or Greys???

I loved it! A page Turner like Fifty shades of grey, but here the tension is palpable- there is a clear emotional need beyond sexual experimentation. Also, unlike Ana, Nikki defies Damien at every turn. It is very refreshing and exciting. I can't wait until the second and third books: Claim me and Complete me.
