This book is a classic, one of the very best of it's kind, very realistic, was made into a movie many years ago called "The Black Shield of Falworth". For anyone interested in true knightly virtues a must read. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars of a possible 5 stars. Excellent book for young adults needing a good role model

Wonderful book, a bit hard to understand, as it goes way past just "Thee" and "thou". The only thing I didn't like was the surprising lack of romance. I give it a four out of five.
