"Brady Hartsfield, the Mercedes killer Stephen King introduced in his Edgar Award-winning first book in [this] trilogy, returns to diabolically drive his victims to suicide in this last ... installment starring the evermore winning Bill Hodges and Holly Gibney"-- Provided by publisher
This was the end of the trilogy. It really brought back the stuff from the first book back in this trilogy (unlike the 2nd book). This book is entertaining, but not art. Holly knows everything again. She is like Penny on Inspector Gadget in a way. The paranormal and computer stuff Brady does is so unrealistic, and thus dumb. But I was entertained. Reads like a summer blockbuster film. Full of cliches, action, some paranormal and computer stuff, but no art. Lot of suicide stuff in it. Audio version had one of the best narrators of audiobooks.
