There is suspension of disbelief, and then there's Under the Knife. The plot is so outlandish that, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't immerse myself in it, as the cynic in me kept rolling her eyes and smirking, "Seriously?...." Too bad, because the author has a gift for suspenseful storytelling, and I enjoyed his previous effort ( Doing Harm) way more.

Dr. Wu tragically loses a patient during surgery. She is about to lose a lot more.

Good medical thriller. A different approach using the unidentified agent to control Dr. Wu. Action kept this moving until the end.
