This audiobook was ok. However it states in the beginning it isn't another pop-psychology book. I felt that statement was slightly lukewarm when it was over. There were politicial biases that made me feel someone's agenda was inserted inside.

While I pulled good info from this, it is not definitive on the topic of negotiation. The author would like to think it is though. Still worthwhile.
