An interesting book that I was able to read in one evening, and I'm now on the hold list for his next book "I Can Make You Sleep."
Some of his ideas where great, but the "tapping method" felt ridiculous and didn't work for me.
The sad thing is that I can summarize this book in 4 sentences. 1) Eat when you are hungry
2) Eat what you want, not what you think you *should* eat.
3) Stop eating when you are no longer hungry
4) Pay attention to what you are eating when you are eating it.
