I have to say that this graphic novel was an absolutely fantastic read. It has a great drawing style, it is well written, and the characters, especially the main character, have depth to their personas. The story was, as I mentioned before, written as if I were watching a movie based on a true story. There were many points the main character pointed out that were actually - in psychological ways - plausible. The character deals with many emotional states that jepordize his life, and his drinking does'nt help his cause. He attributes many of his intemprances to his parents; he deals with his best friend, and with " Seattle" a girl he can't get over, no matter what he does to forget her. All in all, the Alcoholic does a great job illustrating and illuminating the life of an alcoholic.
